Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we strive to process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. You can return your order for a full refund once it’s delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are managed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for processing during holidays and peak sale periods. We process orders Monday through Friday, typically within 1-3 business days from the order date, with shipping occurring the following business day. Note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take between 2-4 weeks.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are listed in US Dollars and exclude taxes, meaning you may need to pay duties and taxes upon delivery. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may apply once your order reaches its destination, as determined by your local customs office. These costs are your responsibility and are not covered by us. We’re also not liable for delays caused by your country’s customs department. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive items that are incorrect, missing, or damaged, please contact us at info@boudicall.com. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details from your package. We’ll work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your bank with any questions about when the credit will appear on your account. If you haven’t seen a refund yet, reach out to your bank or credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to process.
